The limited relief that the petitioner has sought for in the present writ petition is for an appropriate direction to the respondents No.1 & 2 for considering and deciding the representation that he has made claiming for permission to participate in the departmental promotion process for the post of Circle Organizer conducted by the Tribal Welfare Department.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the said representation is pending consideration before the respondent No.3 and she makes a

prayer that the petitioner may be permitted to make a fresh representation to the respondents No.1 & 2 as well. 3.

The limited relief sought for by the petitioner has not been opposed by the counsel for the respondents-State.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of at this juncture directing the respondents No.1 & 2 to take an appropriate decision on the prayer of the petitioner seeking permission to participate in the departmental examination for the post of Circle Organizer. 5.

Let a decision be taken at the earliest preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. The petitioner in addition would also be permitted to make a fresh representation to the respondents No.1 & 2 in addition to the representation that he has already made.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
