This application has been filed under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C. which is third bail application of this applicant before this Court for grant of regular bail. His first bail application was dismissed for want of prosecution and his second bail application, MCRC No.6236 of 2018, was dismissed as withdrawn with a direction to the trial Court. The applicant has been arrested on 07-10-2017 in connection with Crime No.454/2017 registered at P.S. - Dharshiva, DistrictRaipur, Chhattisgarh for the offence under Section 302, 34, 201, 34 of the IPC. 2.

Earlier, MCRC No.6236 of 2018 was disposed off with direction to the trial Court to conclude the trial preferably within a period of four months. 3.

Learned counsel for the applicant makes this prayer that number of witnesses have been examined and the trial can be concluded within a short period, therefore, the application may be disposed off with extension of time for conclusion of the trial.

Learned counsel for the State/non-applicant has no opposition if the application is disposed off with direction.

After due consideration, the prayer made for extension of time is allowed and the trial Court is directed to take an extension and conclude the trial within

-2further period of three months. With this direction, the application is disposed off.
