Agrawal Order On Board 0 8 /0 2 /201 (1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner's land has been acquired but no compensation has been paid to her, for which he has made representation to the Collector, Raipur, but the same has not been decided till now and, therefore, a direction may be issued to the respondent No. 2- Collector to decide the same expeditiously.

(2) Be that as it may, the respondent No. 2- Collector is directed to consider and decide the petitioner's representation for compensation expeditiously preferably within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
