1. The present petition has been filed against the order passed by the First Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Durg in Case No. 144/2017 dated 14.07.2017 granting maintenance and enhancement of interim maintenance has been sought.

2. I have heard learned counsel for the parties at length.

3. It is informed at the Bar that the matter is fixed for evidence of the respondent herein on 29.11.2019 and it was also stated that the matter is proceeding for final conclusion, therefore it be directed to be finalised expeditiously.

4. Since the proceeding is at its advanced stage, learned Family Court is directed to conclude the trial preferably within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid directions/ observations, the present petition stands finally disposed off. A copy of this order be sent to the concerned Family Court through Email and Fax.
