1. Contemnor is present in the Court.

2. IA No.2/2016 for recalling the order for issuance of warrant of arrest against the contemnor is considered and allowed. Warrant of arrest issued against the contemnor is recalled.

3. By order dated 27.2.2016 passed by the State of Madhya Pradesh, the petitioner's representation for grant of pay scale of Rs.4100-5300/- with effect from 1.1.1997 has been rejected. Therefore, needful has been done at the end of the contemnor. If the petitioner feels aggrieved by the said order, he may prefer fresh writ petition.
