1. As both these applications filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. arise out of the same Crime No.142/2020 registered at Police Station Pratappur, District Surajpur, C.G. for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 394, 34, 120-B of Indian Penal Code and Section 25 & 27 of the Arms Act, they are being

disposed of by this common order.

2. At the outset, learned counsel for the applicants seeks to withdraw these applications with liberty to file afresh as and when occasion arises.

3. Accordingly, the bail applications stand dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as stated above.
