The grievance of the petitioner is that though the petitioner has moved an application for grant of regular stage carriage permit on the route Durg to Aanda via Ganjpara, Phoolgaon, Chandrakhuri and back six return trip daily on 19.10.2015, the application has remained pending without any decision.

On the other hand, learned counsel for the State submits that if such application is pending, the same shall be decided as per law and the applicable procedure after hearing all the concerned parties.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the petitioner's application as early as possible preferably within a period of 30 days from the

date of receipt of copy of the order.
