Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has completed internship in the month of March, 2014 yet he has been shown to be ineligible on the ground that he has not competed internship. He would submit that the petitioner may be permitted to make a representation before respondent No.2. 2.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

The petitioner is permitted to make a representation before respondent No.2/Director, Directorate, Health Services, Raipur. If the petitioner makes such representation along with completion

certificate of internship within a period of two weeks, respondent No.2/Director, Directorate, Health Services, Raipur will decide such representation within a period of further forty-five days from the date of receipt of representation of the petitioner in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
