This is the second bail application filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for grant of regular bail to the applicant who has been arrested in connection with Crime No.142/2010, registered at Police Station Lalpur District Mungeli (C.G.), for the offence punishable under Sections 409, 34 of

I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the applicant would submit that out of twelve prosecution witnesses, eight prosecution witnesses have been examined.

The trial Court is directed to examine 4 other prosecution witnesses and conclude the trial as early as possible preferably within a maximum period of 4 months from the date of receipt and/or production of a copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observation, second bail application stands disposed of.
