1. Petitioner is aggrieved by raising of construction of a shopping complex by Janpad Panchayat, Simga over a land which is allegedly not only reserved for school but has been transferred to Panth Shri Grindhmuni Naam Saheb Government Middle and Higher Secondary School, Damakheda.
2. It appears, the petitioner has already submitted representation before the Sub Divisional Officer and other State authorities.
3. Let the petitioner prefer fresh representation before the concerned Collector along with complete documents within one week. The concerned Collector shall thereafter look into the matter and decide the representation after providing opportunity of hearing to the Janpad Panchayat. Let the Collector take decision in the matter within a further period of one month.
