1. The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition seems to be dues payable to the petitioner which has not been released to him against the work which the petitioner has rendered.

2. Without entering into the merits of the case so far as his entitlement is concerned, this court is of the opinion that ends of justice would meet if the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to approach the respondent No.2 taking into consideration the correspondence that the respondent No.3 has made to the respondent No.2 vide correspondences dated 16.03.2015 and 20.02.2018 etc. On such representation being made, the respondent authorities are expected to take a decision at the earliest.
