Heard on application for Leave to Appeal.

Perused the statement of the prosecutrix PW-4. After perusal of the statement of the prosecutrix and statement of other witnesses, I am of the opinion that considerable facts are made out to allow the leave to appeal.

Accordingly, leave to appeal is allowed.

Registry is directed to register the case as Acquittal Appeal. Thereafter, on payment of process fee within two weeks after acquittal appeal is registered, bailable warrant of Rs.25,000/- be issued to the respondent No.2 for his appearance before this Court on 10th August, 2018.

List the case on 10.08.2018.
