1. This contempt petition is filed on the allegation that even though the present petitioner (respondent in pending writ petition) had submitted his joining prior to the date of interim order dated 11.4.2018, he is not being allowed to work.

2. There was no interim order passed in favour of the present contempt petitioner. If he claims that by virtue of his joining prior to interim order dated 11.4.2018, he is entitled to work, his remedy lies in seeking appropriate direction in the pending writ petition.

3. With the said observation, the petition is disposed off.
