1. The petitioner has moved this Court with the following prayers :- "10.1. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the impugned order dated 11.01.2019 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Hon'ble Central Administrative Tribunal, Jabalpur in OA No.203/00224/2017.
10.2. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the respondents to allow the petitioner to have a Defense Assistant of his choice and further be pleased to direct the respondents to appoint serving railway as inquiry officer to under the DAR proceedings against the petitioner.
10.3 Any other relief which the Hon'ble Court deems fit in the circumstances of the case may be given."
2. When the matter is taken up for consideration, the Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks for permission to withdraw the petition.
3. Permission is granted.
4. The petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
