The applicant has preferred this second bail application under Section 439 of CrPC, as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.193/2013, registered at Police Station Bhatapara (Rural), District Baloda Bazar - Bhatapara, for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 372, 373/34 of IPC. 2.

Considering the fact that the earlier bail application has been dismissed on merits on 26.05.2017 in MCRC No.2224/2017, no case for entertaining this repeat bail application is made out. It is accordingly dismissed. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and make all possible endeavor to conclude the same at the earliest.
