(1) The accused/applicant has moved this second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.07/2015 registered at Police Station - Gudihari, Raipur, Civil and Revenue District - Raipur (C.G.) for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366 & 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012.

(2) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed as withdrawn by order of this Court dated 31.3.2015 passed in M.Cr.C. No. 1486/2015 with liberty to repeat the same after

examination of the material prosecution witnesses. (3) Learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that out of total 8 witnesses, four witnesses have been examined and four witnesses are yet to be examined.

(4) In view of the submissions made by the counsel the applicant, I deem it appropriate to direct the trial Court to expedite the trial expeditiously.

(5) Accordingly, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same expeditiously preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. (6) With the aforesaid observations, the M.Cr.C. Stands finally disposed of.
