1. The challenge in the present writ petition is to the order dated 20/07/18 (Annexure P-7) and also subsequent notification for fresh recruitment dated 20/08/18 (Annexure P-8). The basic grievance of the petitioner is the cancellation of the earlier recruitment process initiated for the filling up of the post of Anganbadi "helper" and "worker".

2. This Court is of the opinion that the present writ petition, in its present form, may not be sustainable as the petitioner ought to have approached the Collector of the concerned district against the decision of the Chief Executive Officer.

-23. Reserving the right of the petitioner to approach the Collector for ventilating his grievance, the present writ petition, in its present form, stands disposed off.
