Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that despite the order passed by this Court on 31.10.2017 in WPS No.5665/2017 directing the respondents to decide the petitioner's representation for sending him to his original place of posting, his representation is not decided even after lapse of 8 weeks time allowed by this Court.

In the interest of justice, the contempt petition is disposed of with observation that the petitioner may submit fresh reminder representation along with copy of the order passed in this contempt petition within a period of 15 days, thereafter the

Authority shall decide the representation within next 6 weeks. 3.

If the representation is still not considered, the petitioner would be at liberty to move afresh before this Court.

The contempt petition stands disposed of.
