Shri Mayank Chandrakar, Advocate Hon'ble Shri Justice Manindra Mohan Shrivastava Order On Board 02/04/2018 Referring to Annexure R/1 dated 22/03/2018 filed with the return, learned counsel for the respondent would submit that an amount of Rs.8,46,956/- has been deposited in the account of the petitioner which is payment towards salary for the period from 26/12/2016 to 26/06/2017.

Though learned counsel for the petitioner prays for some time to verify, having seen the order passed in writing by the Principal of the Government College giving specific details, I am not inclined to proceed further in the matter. Rule is therefore discharged. Contempt petition is closed.
