Agrawal Order On Board /0 2 /201 (1) The accused/applicant has moved this second bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No. 05/2015 registered at Police Station Kotadol, District Koriya (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Section 306 of the Indian Penal Code. (2) The applicant's first bail application was dismissed on merits by this Court on 22.06.2015 in M.Cr.C. No.2179/2015. (3) Having heard learned counsel appearing for the parties, having regard to the facts & circumstances of the case, I do not find any change in circumstances to entertain this second bail application. Thus, the second bail application is rejected. However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
