Prosecutrix is virtually present before this Court on notice along with the counsel and she has objection in grant of bail to the applicant. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this instant bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. and also prays for issuance of direction to the trial Court for expeditious trial.

It is ordered as prayed for.

Accordingly, the bail application filed under Section 439 of Cr.P.C. is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as aforesaid. The learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial as early as possible preferably within a period of six months.
