2. These are the applications filed under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for grant of regular bail to the applicants, who have been arrested in connection with Crime No.375/2019 registered at Police Station Kusmunda, District Korba (CG) for the offence punishable under Sections 294, 506B, 147, 148, 149, 427, 307, 302 of the IPC.
3. All the accused persons have formed unlawful assembly and
assaulted Mrigesh Sahu, Bhanuprata Khunte and Sunil Singh. While Sunil Singh succumbed to the injuries, two other injured Mrigesh Sahu and Bhanupratap Khunte survived and are now available as injured eye-witnesses. They have named all the applicants, who have taken part in the assault.
4. Considering the evidence, no case for grant of bail is made out.
5. All the applications are dismissed.
