1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that pursuant to an order of ejectment on government land u/s 248 which was passed on 19.12.2017 an application was subsequently filed under Section 248 (2-A) of the C.G. Land Revenue Code before the SDO(Revenue) to execute such order and the limited prayer is made that the execution proceedings be concluded to its logical end and nothing has transpired despite the order of ejectment passed in the year 2017.

2. Learned counsel for the respondents on instructions submits that the proceedings u/s 248(2-A) of the C.G. Land Revenue Code has commenced on 17.02.2021. In view of such submission, there would be no impediment to conclude the execution proceedings by the SDO. Therefore, it is observed that the SDO (Revenue) may conclude the proceedings within an outer limit of six months from today.

3. With the above observation/direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
