The grievance of the petitioner in the present writ petition seems to be firstly the non-granting of the benefit of revised payscale from the date he has completed 8 years of service, which has in fact been granted at a later stage. The second claim of the petitioner is for grant of pay of medical leave and also for grant of the Time Bond Pay-scale, which the petitioner is entitled for.

The petitioner seems to have made a detailed representation in this regard to the respondents. The further claim of the petitioner is that similar benefits have also been granted to other similarly placed persons, therefore the petitioner is also entitled for the same. The

-2counsel for the petitioner further submits that the claim of the petitioner is also governed by the judgment of this Court in the case of "Vivek Singh v. State of Chhattisgarh & others" WPS No. 4865/2020, decided on 05.01.2021.

The State counsel on the other hand submits that since the claim of the petitioner is more than one and the representation of the petitioner is pending consideration before the authorities, let an appropriate direction be given to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner subject to verification of his entitlement. 4.

The writ petition accordingly stands disposed of directing the respondents No.2 to 4 to immediately process the claim of the petitioner and decide his representation for grant of the arrears of the revised payscale from the date of complete of 8 years till the date the actual payment was made and also so far as the claim of the petitioner for medical leave and the release of the Time Bond Pay-scale etc. at the earliest preferably within a period of 90 days from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
