1. Counsel appearing for the petitioner makes a limited prayer that as of now the grievance of the petitioner would be redressed, if the respondents authorities are directed to consider the representation that the petitioner has made, so far as his claim for the enhanced rate for transportation made for the period between 01.07.2016 to 19.08.2016.

2. The limited relief sought for by the petitioner is not opposed by the counsel for the Department.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondents No.1 & 2 to take a decision on the representation so made by the petitioner, particularly keeping in view the letter dated 01.03.2017 issued by the respondent No.3 marked to the respondent

No.2. Let this representation be decided at the earliest preferably within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.

4. With the aforesaid observations, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
