Learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for a fairly long time, would submit that the writ petition can be disposed of in view of the advertisement / notification issued on 16.01.2018 by Smt. Pramila Gokul Daga Girls College, Raipur for appointment to the post of regular Principal. 2.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent No. 3 would

submit that they have taken steps for appointment of regular Principal. 3.

I have heard learned counsel for the parties at length. 4.

In view of the aforesaid clear cut statement made by the Smt. Pramila Gokul Daga Girls College, Raipur- respondent No. 3 herein, the writ petition stands disposed of with a hope and trust that the College will appoint regular Principal for its proper functioning and in this regard, the University shall do well and discharge its duties strictly in accordance with law. 5.

With the aforesaid observation and direction the writ petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
