Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner's application for compassionate appointment has not been considered and decided by the competent authority/respondent No.1 till date, therefore, he may be permitted to make fresh representation. 2.

Be that as it may, petitioner is directed to make fresh representation before the State Government within a period of 15 days from today, who in turn shall consider and decide his representation within a maximum period of three months from the date of presentation of the representation.
