Order On Board 05/03/2018 (1) Heard on M.C.C. for modification of the order dated 18.01.2018 passed in Writ Petition (S) No. 5261 of 2010 and Writ Petition (S) No. 1276 of 2012. (2) For the reasons stated in the M.C.C., it is allowed and the order dated 18.01.2018 is modified in the following terms. " Let in place of "Multipurpose Rehabilitation Assistant" as has

been typed in the first paragraph of the order dated 18.01.2018, it be read as "Multipurpose Rehabilitation Technician and Assistant"; and in the cause title of petitioner No. 1 in Writ Petition No. 1276 of 2012, in place of "Multipurpose Rehabilitation Assistant" as has been typed, it be read as "Multipurpose Rehabilitation Technician.

Rest of the contents mentioned in the order shall remain intact."

(3) The order dated 18.1.2018 stands modified accordingly and be read along with this order.

(4) Accodingly, the M.C.C. stands disposed of.

(5) A copy of this order be placed on the file of Writ Petition (S) No. 5261 of 2010 and other connected matter.
