Heard on application for restoration of CR.M.P No. 1321 of 2017. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he was suffering from viral fever therefore, he could not appear.

On due consideration and for the reasons stated in the application, I am satisfied that sufficient cause has been shown for restoration of the case, which is duly supported by an affidavit.

In view of the same, CR.M.P No. 1321 of 2017 is restored to its original number.
