1. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the petition at this stage with liberty to move representation before the competent authority under the Societies

-2Registration Act.

2. The petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed for.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner further prays that a direction may be issued to the Registrar, Firms & Societies to decide the appeal/representation of the petitioner expeditiously.
