Hon'ble Shri Justice Sanjay K. Agrawal Order On Board 25/01/2016 (1) Heard.

(2) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are working as Constable in the Department of Police, by the impugned order dated 18.01.2016 (Annexure P/11) passed by respondent No.2-Director General of Police, Raipur, the petitioners have been repatriated and therefore, they may be permitted to file representation before respondent No.2-Director General of Police, Raipur for redressal of their grievances and direction may be issued to decide the same expeditiously. (3) Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

(4) The petitioners are permitted to file the representation before the respondent No.2-Director General of Police, Raipur. If such representation is made by the petitioners within ten days from today, respondent No.2 shall consider and decide the same on its own merit and in accordance with law preferably within a period of 45 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order along with representation of the petitioner.

(5) Till then, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioners with regard to the subject matter.

(6) With the aforesaid observation, the petition stands finally disposed of. No order as to cost(s).
