Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that case of the petitioners is similar to the case of one Smt. Usha Yadav and others v. State of Chhattisgarh and another, which was disposed off by this Court vide order dated 18/06/2015 in Writ Petition (S) No.1324 of 2009. 2.

It is for the petitioners to submit representations before the competent authority to raise such claim. If such claim is raised, the same shall be examined as to whether the case of the petitioners is similar to that of Smt. Usha Yadav (supra) or not and thereafter, decision shall be taken in accordance with law. 3.
