Petitioner is seeking quashment of list of all candidates declared pass for further participation in the process of selection of Naib Tahsildar.

The petitioner has not arrayed any of the selected candidates who will be effected in the event the list is cancelled. 3.

The writ petition is not maintainable in its present form. Accordingly, the same is dismissed, however, liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioner to prefer a fresh writ petition after impleading all the necessary parties.
