1. By this petition, the petitioner has prayed for a direction for compliance of the order dated 19-1-2015, passed by the Additional Commissioner, Bilaspur Division, Bilaspur (for short 'the Commissioner').

2. Learned State counsel would submit that the petitioner was suspended on 09.12.2014. Subsequently, on 02.01.2015 the charge-sheet was issued against him. In an appeal preferred by the petitioner, the Commissioner

passed an order on 19.01.2015 staying the suspension order dated 09.12.2014. In compliance of the said order, the petitioner has already been posted as Panchayat Secretary, Gram Panchayat, Loharshi, Janpad Panchayat, Pamgarh. Learned State counsel would thus submit that the writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

3. In view of the statement made by the learned State counsel and the order Annexure R-1, the writ petition has been rendered infructuous.
