1. Heard.

2. The applicant has preferred this second bail application under Section 439 of the Cr.P.C., as he has been arrested in connection with Crime No.150/2019, registered at Police Station: Sitapur, District: Surguja (C.G.) for the offence punishable under Sections 363, 366, 376 (2) (Dha), 376 (3) & 506 Part-2 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 5(Ch) & 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act.

3. The earlier bail application was dismissed on merits without giving liberty to revive the prayer.

4. There is no change in the circumstances and the age of the prosecutrix is less than sixteen years, I am not inclined to admit this application.

5. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed.
