(1) Petitioner has preferred this writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to examine the case and promote him on the post of Head Master, Middle School with all consequential benefits.

(2) At the very outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that earlier by raising his grievances the petitioner submitted representation and requested for considering his name for promotion, but till date no action has been taken by the respondent authorities.

(3) In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction that in the event the petitioner submits a fresh representation before the competent authority within a period of one month from today raising his entire grievances, the said competent authority shall consider the decide his representation, in accordance with law and on its own merits, as early as possible, preferably within a further period of three months from the date of receipt of representation.
