(1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the transfer order dated 9.9.2015 has already
been executed by the petitioner and he has joined in the transferred place on 18.09.2015; and now the transfer order of the petitioner has been cancelled on 7.1.2016 on the representation made by respondent No. 4 . He further submits that no order of posting has been passed with regard to the petitioner and the respondent No. 4 has been posted in his place by order dated 7.1.2016 and, therefore, he may be allowed to make representation to the State Government and the same may be directed to be decided expeditiously.
(2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.
(3) Be that as it may, if the petitioner prefers representation to the State Government for redressal of his grievances within a period of two weeks from today, it is directed to be decided by the State Government within a further period of six weeks from the receipt thereof.
(4) For the period of 8 weeks, no coercive steps shall be taken against the petitioner.
(5) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
