1. By order dated 17-9-15 in WPS No.3248/2015, this Court had directed the respondents to decide petitioner's representation for availing benefit of special incentive CRMC, within a period of three months from the date of submission of representation.

2. Considering the fact that barely 15 days have elapsed after completion of the period of three months, the contempt petition is disposed of with a direction that the contemnor shall decide petitioner's representation within further period of three months from today, failing which the petitioner would be at liberty to move fresh contempt petition before this Court.

3. Petitioner shall submit certified copy of this order before the contemnor within a period of 15 days from today.
