(1) Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been transferred by order dated 24.06.2015 and she has joined where she has been transferred but the salary has not been paid to her since July, 2015 without
any reason, against which she made representation to the respondents authorities, but the same has not been decided till now and, therefore, he may be permitted to file fresh representation to the competent authority and the same may be directed to be decided within the specific time frame.
(2) Prayer appears to be fair & reasonable.
(3) Be that as it may, if the petitioner files fresh representation to the respondents authorities for redressal of her grievances within a period of two weeks from today, it is directed to be decided by the authority concerned expeditiously preferably within a period of 45 days from the receipt thereof.
(4) With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
(5) It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and the authority concerned are free to decide the representation of the petitioner on its own merit in accordance with law.
