2.
This is the second bail application of the applicant. The first bail application of the applicant was dismissed as withdrawn on 29.1.2019 in M.Cr.C.(A) No. 47 of 2019 and the applicant was directed to surrender before the concerned Court. The applicant is apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 145 of 2018, registered at Police Station Hasoud, District Janjgir-Champa, Chhattisgarh for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 474 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned State counsel opposes the bail application and the submissions made in this respect.
5.
Heard counsel for both the parties and perused the case diary. 6.
The allegation against the applicant is that he produced forged papers of qualification for obtaining job of Shiksha Karmi Grade-III. Hence, this case.
7.
Considering the evidence present against the applicant and also for the reason that the applicant has not complied with the direction given in the earlier order, I do not feel inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the applicant. 8.
Accordingly, the anticipatory bail application filed under Section 438 of the Cr.P.C. is rejected.
