Learned counsel for the petitioner prays that the present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent No.1 to consider the application which the petitioner has filed for grant of regular stage carriage permit on the route Gandai to Bilaspur Via Lohara, Kawardha, Raweli, Kunda, Mahka, Mungeli, Takhatpur and one return trip daily for which he has applied for on 19.09.2017. He submits that since 19.09.2017, the application still under consideration without there being any progress. He prays for appropriate direction to respondent No.1 for expeditious decision on the said application. 2.

The said prayer is not opposed by learned State counsel. 3.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with the direction to respondent No.1 to consider the application of the petitioner dated 19.09.2017 for grant of regular stage carriage permit on the route Gandai to Bilaspur Via Lohara, Kawardha, Raweli, Kunda, Mahka, Mungeli, Takhatpur and one return trip daily. 4.

Let an appropriate decision be taken by respondent No.1 within a period of 45 days from today.
