Order on Board Per Ajay Kumar Tripathi, Chief Justice 01.08.2018 1.

In terms of the previous directions as well as the background which was taken note of by this Bench in its order dated 19.07.2018, the State authorities have agreed to recommend her name for admission in what is known as B.V.S.C. and A.H. Course for the session 2018-19 under the background under which her previous year recommendation proved to be futile as the college alloted to her became de-recognized.

Let the State authorities, therefore, make her recommendation for admission as part of their quota which will be treated as carry over for the year 2017-18 keeping in mind that the recommended quota did not fructify by way of an admission.

The University is directed to ensure that the Petitioner is alloted a college which has due recognition now and in this regard the name of a college which has due recognition has been indicated as Chhattisgarh College of Veterinay Science and Animal Husbandry, Anjora, Durg.

So far as, the Veterinary Council of India is concerned counsel representing the said institution informs the Court that as of now the regulatory body is defunct, therefore, he has no inputs.

Let it be made clear that this order has been passed in the given facts and circumstances. Therefore, no objection shall be raised on behalf of any of the institution or the regulatory body in matter of admission been granted to the Petitioner to the said course.
