Sam Koshy Order On Board 14.05.2018 The challenge in the present writ petition was the initiation of preliminary enquiry by respondent no.2.
2.

further proceeding with the preliminary enquiry. 3.
Given the said fact, this Court is of the opinion that no fruitful purpose would be served in keeping the petition pending. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no.2 to reconsider the case of the petitioner as to whether there is any necessity for proceeding further with the preliminary enquiry ordered and to pass a fresh order in the light of the subsequent developments.

The petitioner is also directed to submit a detail reply/objection in the light of the changed circumstances to respondent no.2 which the respondent no.2 may bear in mind while reconsidering the case of the petitioner.
