present MCC has been filed seeking restoration of the writ petition WPS No. 6868/2007. The writ petition No. 6868/2007 got dismissed by a peremptory order passed by this Court on 24/08/2018. The pettioner preferred MCC that is MCC 889/2018 which stood allowed on 29/11/2018 subject to payment of cost of Rs. 1000/-. It is said that the petitioner for some reason could not deposit the amount prescribed by this Court in the said MCC, thus the present MCC has been filed for extension of time and restoration of original writ petition. For the reasons assigned in the said application subject to the petitioner depositing the amount awarded vide its order dated 29/11/2018 in MCC 889/2018 within a period of seven days from today the writ petition WPS No. 6868/2007 would stand restored to its original No.
