1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed as Retailer for sale of cement by the Manufacturer, respondent No.2 & 3 and the agency was up till 31.03.2021, but all of a sudden in May, 2020 the supply of the cement was stopped. Therefore, the respondent No.2 & 3 may be directed to start the agency and supply the cement.

2. The nature of dispute which is raised in this petition by way of Article 226 of Constitution appears to be purely civil dispute on the basis of interse agreement between the parties. Therefore, no direction can be given to the private respondent No.2 & 3. The petitioner may avail the remedy available to him under the common law. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed.
