Learned Counsel for Respondent submits that out of total 12 Writ Petitioners but for the three Contempt Petitioners herein, the Order has since been complied with in respect of other Writ Petitioners and so far as the present Contempt Petitioners are concerned for want of necessary ACRs, the Order could not be complied with, however, correspondence has been made as early as on 16.9.2019 to the District level Officials for providing necessary documents for compliance of the Order. 2.

Learned Counsel for Respondent further submits that if the compliance so far as the present Contempt Petitioners are concerned has till date not been done, the same shall be expedited the moment the Respondent receives their ACRs.

With the aforesaid undertaking and assurance given by learned Counsel for Respondent, the present Contempt Petition at this juncture is disposed of with a liberty to Petitioners to approach the Court in case there is still non-compliance of the Order to that extent. 4.
