Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been transferred from Tokapal Forest Range to Bastar Forest Range within the same Forest Division, which is arbitrary, for which, he may be permitted to make representation before the respondent No.3/competent authority.

Prayer appears to be fair and reasonable.

If the petitioner makes representation before the competent authority within a period of two weeks from today, the competent authority is directed to consider and decide his representation within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation. 4.
