1. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner may be allowed to make a representation before the competent authority in view of the order passed by a Division Bench of this Court in WPS No.1703 of 2015 on 16.5.2017 (Tukaram v. State of Chhattisgarh).

2. Be that as it may, the petitioner is at liberty to make a representation before the competent authority in the light of order passed by this Court in Tukaram (supra) and that will be considered by the competent authority strictly in accordance with law.

3. With the aforesaid observation, the writ petition finally stands disposed off. No cost(s).
