Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the petitioner has since been redressed as the respondents have considered the candidature of the petitioner and have removed him from the list of ineligible candidate and found him eligible and suitable for further recruitment process and an order of proposal for appointment has already been issued.
