The accused/applicant has moved this bail application under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 for releasing him on regular bail during trial in connection with Crime No.226/2015, registered at Police Station Kota, Distt. Bilaspur, for the offence punishable under Sections 457 and 380 read with Section 34 of the IPC.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant seeks to withdraw this application.

3. The application is dismissed as withdrawn. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as early as possible.
